Easy walking distance to preferred hotel
Saturday rehearsal on stage
Sunday Interviews, rehearsals & Pageant
NO food/drink or glitter allowed in theater
NO photos or videos allowed during the pageant. All delegates receive a photo package at no extra charge as part of their paid entry fee.

Check In

5:00 - 6:00 pm ~ Registration (wear crown & sash, bring appearance documentation, & Photogenic entry)
6:00pm ~ OPTIONAL Appearance activity TBD

Saturday,
Required for all delegates and returning queens

9:00 - 12:00pm ~ Farmers Market scavengers hunt
11:00am ~ Photoshoot
12:00pm ~ Lunch on your own
1pm - 5pm ~ Show & Crowning Rehearsals at MCT - sash only
5pm - 6:30pm dinner break on your own
6:30pm - 7:30pm ~ Group Photo & Contestant Gift exchange location TBD. Please wear something glitzy/glam but not too formal (no floor length gowns) to match our Red, Gold & Black Sashes.

Sunday,
Required for all delegates and 2024 returning queens

9:30 - 11:30 am ~ Full Show Rehearsal at Theater - Wear sash & Bring your competition shoes.
11:30 - 1:00 pm ~ Break on your own
1:00 - 4:00 pm ~ Interviews - Business Attire (dress, suit, etc.). Be sure to bring sash & crown for Interview attire photos, but they will not be worn during interview. Bring additional outfits for photos if desired.
6:30 - Be Back Stage, ready to go
7:00 pm ~ Live Show
9-10pm ~ Winners photos
